UGC + Content Creation
Managed end-to-end communication between GMHBA Health Insurance and UGC creators to deliver high-performing social advertising content. Responsibilities included briefing creators on campaign requirements, coordinating feedback between stakeholders, reviewing and approving content deliverables, and ensuring all assets aligned with brand objectives. I also handled final video post-production, including editing cuts, audio adjustments, subtitle creation, and formatting content across multiple aspect ratios for platform-specific deployment.
